Autumn has Arrived!
Finally-the flavors of Fall are here! Join us to celebrate the season with four fantastic dishes... First is an appetizer, certain to please children and adults alike: Yam Tartlets with toasted marshmallows; Then a crunchy Salad with Pumpkin Goddess Dressing; Roasted Squash and Basil Angel hair Pasta Nest featuring Crispy Prosciutto; then we warm our tummies with an easy-yet-impressive Cinnamon Apple Galette—harvest is here!!

Holly Jolly Christmas
For 13 years running, this is an annual highlight on "How to Survive from Christmas Eve into Christmas Morning". We start with a festive Taco "Tree' with Guac and Jewels. Since your guests may be arriving, and/or eating in stages, the Slow Cooker French Onion Pot Roast will be the ideal comfort and tasty entree. The Jolly Guy will devour our famous Eggnog Cookies with Nutmeg Glaze. Then wake up Christmas Morning and serve an inverted Cran-Apple Dusted Skillet Puff, which is sure to become a tradition-Merry Christmas!

Love is in the Air!
Valentine's Day is almost here, let's create an extra special, yet easy-to-make four-course dinner to treat the favorite people in your life. Aphrodisiac salad with home-made champagne vinaigrette; Sliced flank steak with papaya-kiwi marinade plated with wild ginger rice. Bananas foster a la mode with shaved dark chocolate is the perfect sweet treat that is certain to warm the hearts of those you love.
Pucker Up!!
It's Citrus season, so let's celebrate! The stars of this class are Lemons, Limes, Oranges and Grapefruits. Our Spinach Salad is like none other, and showcases Grapefruits as the Star; Lime Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Zesty Orange-Mango Salsa is impressively simple; Lemon-Chicken Orzo Soup is going to be your new favorite - as is our Key Lime Pie with Pralined Coconut crust - you'll never use graham crackers for this one again.
Make THIS, not THAT!
We can all recognize a "Healthy" recipe, but what many of us WANT are the comfort food favorites of days gone by…  Instead of devouring french fries, how about Spicy Baked Jicama Strings? If you're craving a grilled cheese sandwich, make Apple-Potato Cheese Flats. Pasta Carbonera is delicous, but Guilt-Free, Pasta-Free Bacon Cacio e Pepe is certain to put a smile on even the pickiest faces. We don't have to cheat, nor miss out on a fabulous dessert if you make Sugar Free Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis. We are NOT deprived - we are WISE :)
Fall is Here!
The temperature may still be triple digits, but our calendar says that today is the First Day of Fall!  Let's go with it (as it has to be 60 degrees somewhere!), and prepare for seasonal fun in the kitchen! Our "Over 21" Cider Fondue just may become your go-to appetizer to WOW your friends; then a wilted Kale with Butternut and Cranberry Salad is festively delicious; then it's all about the Pumpkins as we prepare Zesty Autumn Stew served from an actual Pumpkin Tureen, and then finish with Pumpkin Cinnamon Bread Pudding—grab your sweatshirt and enjoy!
Tailgate Time!
If you're hosting the Big Game at home, or taking the "show on the road" - we offer this express class to help you score a touchdown every time! Oven Baked Zucchini Fries make even the haters happy; Truffles - Cheeseball Style are Retro Chic; Cherre's White Chicken Chili - with a twist is sure to be a Fan Favorite. You've heard of "Magic Bars"?… wait until Ultimate Pumpkin Bars cross your lips… just sayin'!!
Girl's Night Out: Fiesta!
Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner, and snowbirds are ready to fly North, so let's devour our fan favorite: 6 Layer Black Bean, Artichoke, Spinach Cheese dip with a few yummy surprises, followed with Zesty Lime Shrimp (or chicken by request) that is certain to make the "must have' apps list! How about a Beef Brisket Burrito that is actually so much more than that - served with Asparagus Salsa that you will want to eat by the spoonful!  THEN - the best Tres Leche Cake north of the border will send you on your way with a smile!
Savor the Flavors of Fall
Let's rejoice in the harvest, and savor the flavors that will remind us of this sensational season: Turkey-Cranberry Bruschetta Melts are perfect now, AND when you are wondering what to do with Thanksgiving left-overs; Roasted Squash and Basil Angel hair "Nest" pasta; Apple and Spinach Salad with Maple Cider Vinaigrette is an Autumn stunner, as is our Rich and Spicy Pumpkin Pudding Cake. We are also going to show you how to make serving tureens out of Squash and Pumpkins for ultimate presentation at your table…are the leaves changing yet?
All American Sliders and Sides
These pairings can be mixed and matched to suit your fancy any day of the week: Zesty Caprese Slider with Skillet Fingerlings and Garlic Spinach; Hawaiian Chicken Slider with Crazy Popcorn Salad; Tangy Rueben Slider with Root beer Float Cake might be just the ticket. We include a bonus recipe for a Classic Bacon Cheddar slider with a twist - don't forget to vote!!

We start with crepes (a lost, and oh-so-simple art) and you will see the beauty of it's versatility for appetizers, entrees and desserts; next is a Coconut Beef Satay with Thai Peanut Sauce, that is so gourmet the first time around, and then the left-overs are recreated into an exceptional Fried Rice that your family will never guess was inspired from the night before. Next we roast Chicken in Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon for one meal and it becomes a warm Chicken-Cherry Waldorf in Romaine the next day. In this class, you will enjoy 6 courses, while seeing the ease of only 3 basic recipes.

Girl's Night Out - California Dreamin'
It's baaacck! Time to grab a girlfriend and a bottle of California wine and join us for a super delicious and fun time together!! This March, I attended Savor Sonoma, a 3-day food and wine extravaganza. Being that close to Napa I could not resist the temptation to detour to Napa as well. Enjoying appetizers and small plates is my favorite way to eat. If you agree, then RUSH to the phone and reserve 2 seats for this class that sells out FAST! You will leave with a smile on your face and 6 new recipes too.
Tasty Tricks and Treats
Save the date - this is the perfect class to master how to fool the ghosts and goblins in your life - whether big or small. Each dish is not as it appears, and that's all part of the fun!
