Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to advanced levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love. Please call to register for your favorite classes early, as space is limited. Love’n The Kitchen is a SubZero-Wolf sponsored, home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! Join Chef Albert Torrisi (formerly of Gertrudes and more), as he demonstrates how to bring the flavors of the Mediterranean to us! Our feast begins with Vendura Benedict: Poached Eggs, Homemade Focaccia, Braised Swiss Chard and red pepper Hollandaise, plated with Herb Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes. We are excited to welcome back Executive Chef, Matt Taylor, of Mora for an unforgettable evening of food and fun! Scott Conant personally selected Chef Taylor to represent Italy as he creates inspirational recipes that we are able to duplicate at home. After a variety of canapés, we start with A Chilled English Pea Soup with Straciatella, tomato, Smoked Roe and Mint; Gnudi with King Crab, Fava Beans and Bacon; and our culinary journey ends with Roasted Peaches with Sweet Corn Gelato-Ciao!

Over the past decade, the one and only Matt Carter has not only graced our kitchen many times but has developed a foodie empire! First was Zinc Bistro and House Brasserie to showcase his French flair, and then more recently The Mission and Fat Ox—both outstanding concepts. This evening will not only involve stories, sensational food and lots of guest interactions, but a variety of Matt's favorite recipes—don't miss it!

POLICIES:

1. CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds at Love'n the Kitchen. If you must miss the fun, you may send someone in your place to the original scheduled date. If you would rather reschedule and can notify us at least 3 days in advance, we will apply 50% of the cost of the class to a class in the following month.
No credit will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT: Use of information provided is collected for Love'n The Kitchen's use only. We do not sell, lease, or rent our customer lists to third parties.

3. OPERATION AND LICENSING NOTICE: Love'n The Kitchen fully complies with Arizona Statute 36-136 H4 providing an "exemption relating to food and drink that is (b) prepared at a cooking school that is conducted in an owner occupied home." Continuing in the statement in subsection H, paragraph 4, subdivision (b) of this section that "the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated an inspected by the department or by a local health authority."
