Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to advanced levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love. Please call to register for your favorite classes early, as space is limited. Love’n The Kitchen is a SubZero-Wolf sponsored, home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! We are proud to host Food Network Guest Chefs, as well as those from throughout the West Coast.

|For some folks, Friday the 13th represents an unlucky day... but for those of you at our Fall kick-off, it's your lucky day! Just in time to save all of us busy moms, you will have new recipes to serve your family in a pinch, and they will think that you have been slaving all day. Each of our yummy entrees has 7 or fewer ingredients and features chicken, fish and beef as proteins. This 'Fast Family Favorites' class has a bonus slow cooker dinner, as well as a make-ahead dessert that will please any crowd!!|

He will be sharing recipes and insight from each of his 3 fabulous restaurants: Binkley's of Cave Creek, Cafe Bink in Carefree as well as his latest venture with Bink's Midtown - a farm-to-table concept in Scottsdale. If you have not had the pleasure of dining with Chef Binkley, then consider this a rare opportunity to not only try his food and experience his award winning techniques, but to hear his experiences from around the world. Cooking beside Thomas Keller at the French Laundry in Napa was a highlight to last a lifetime!

|You asked for it, and now it's here: the one and only Eytan of Phoenix Knife House! Chef Eyton is graciously bringing his knowledge and skills from his store (Phoenix Knife House is ranked in the top 3 stores of it's kind nationwide) to Love'n the Kitchen. Learn about different knives and their uses; how to select a knife (fit, type, etc.); knife safety; sharpening and maintenance do's and don'ts; honing and care; proper handling; basic knife cuts and tricks to maximize efficiency. During this partial hands-on class, we will compose dishes using skills learned: Vegetable Frittata; Molded Salad and Dessert. Our party punch bubbles and looks like a hot libation, but don't let the smoke fool you!! Goolish nibbles will help get any party started, and then it's time to guess what's in the Pasta... if we tell you, we must kill you - just kidding!!! Tantalizing treats will send you on your way with a smile as only salty-sweet treats can do.|

|Another Girls Night out is here! Grab a girlfriend and a bottle of wine, and let's have some productive fun! This annual event is a "hands-on" jumpstart for gift giving. Nothing demonstrates love more than taking the time to create something from your kitchen. We will make 5 gifts - complete with packaging - for you to take away, along with the recipes for you to duplicate your favorites form home. Salted Caramels with Dark Chocolate; Mexican 3 Bean Chili; Red Velvet Shortbread Cookies; Parmesean Crisps and Zebra Popcorn will give you the ideal variety of goodies to share.|

|Start a priceless Holiday tradition with your child! If you are ready to move beyond the boxed kits, then this is the class for you!! This "hands-on" event shows you how to make the best Gingerbread and Royal Icing - all while leaving the mess to us. Not only will you bake, construct, and decorate a house, but an entire scene: Reindeer, Sleighs, Snowmen and more! In addition to taking your centerpiece home to cherish and share, you will have the ability to re-create this year after year with the recipes and instructions. This is our 8th year of Homemade Gingerbread classes and they sell out fast - so think beyond the 100 degrees now, and plan ahead for this sweet time.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT: Use of information provided is collected for Love'n The Kitchen's use only. We do not sell, lease, or rent our customer lists to third parties.
3. OPERATION AND LICENSING NOTICE: Love'n The Kitchen fully complies with Arizona Statute 36-136 H4 providing an "exemption relating to food and drink that is (b) prepared at a cooking school that is conducted in an owner occupied home." Continuing in the statement in subsection H, paragraph 4, subdivision (b) of this section that "the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated an inspected by the department or by a local health authority."
4. CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds at Love'n the Kitchen. If you must miss the fun, you may send someone in your place to the original scheduled date. If you would rather reschedule and can notify us at least 3 days in advance, we will apply 50% of the cost of the class to a class in the following month. No credit will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.
