Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to advanced levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love. Please call to register for your favorite classes early, as space is limited. Love’n The Kitchen is a SubZero-Wolf sponsored, home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! We are proud to host Food Network Guest Chefs, as well as those from throughout the West Coast.

Fall Cooking Classes

Evening with Kevin Binkley Thursday, August 27th 6:30-9:00pm $135

It is fabulous to welcome back 4 time James Beard finalist, and Chef /Owner: the one and only Kevin Binkley!  You have not tasted incredible food, until you head North to Cave Creek and experience the culinary marvels created at Binkley's. We are honored to kick off our Fall cooking season with Kevin. He is sharing recipes featured at Binkley's, as well as Bink's Cafe and Bink's Midtown and Gainey.

The temperature may still be triple digits, but our calendar says that today is the First Day of Fall!  Let's go with it (as it has to be 60 degrees somewhere!), and prepare for seasonal fun in the kitchen! Our "Over 21" Cider Fondue just may become your go-to appetizer to WOW your friends; then a wilted Kale with Butternut and Cranberry Salad is festively delicious; then it's all about the Pumpkins as we prepare Zesty Autumn Stew served from an actual Pumpkin Tureen, and then finish with Pumpkin Cinnamon Bread Pudding—grab your sweatshirt and enjoy!

Paleo and Whole 30 Breakfasts Friday, October 16th 10:00am-Noon $85

Certified Holistic Nutritionist/Chef Kirstin is back to solve this problem: You've taken the plunge and gone Paleo, but what are you supposed to eat for breakfast when you can't have grains, dairy, beans, sugar or legumes? Food Network's Robin Miller: Cook Once-Eat Twice! Tuesday, October 20th 11:00am-1:30pm $95

You know her from TV and Cookbook fame - but for us, she is a returning Friend. Chef/Author/Nutritionist and Busy Mom, Robin has prepared an incredible line-up to save us time in the kitchen, AND keep us healthy! Sweet and Tangy Beef Roast with Vegetables becomes Beef Empanadas; Roasted Chicken with Smoky Apricot Sauce becomes Chicken and mushroom Quesadillas; Mandarin and Blueberry Napoleons morph into Muddled Mandarin-Blueberry Spritzers (with Vodka if desired), now that's efficiency! Not only will you learn how to mask "left-overs" - but have some fun with food! (Option: Robin will bring cookbooks for purchase, personalization and autographs too)

Once A Month Cooking Workshop Friday, October 30th 10:30am-2:00pm $140

For those of you that truly DREAD dinnertime, rush to the phone and register for this workshop. We will be showing you how to prepare 16 Entrees in about 3 hours! This is a great way to save money by buying in bulk and gain efficiency with prep time by maximizing your efforts. This is not a "make and take" class, but you will be tasting all 16 dinners. We will discuss variations of each recipe, so you will be certain to please your family. These dishes were selected because they freeze especially well, and yet maintain optimal texture and flavor. This is Productive Fun ladies!!

Girl's Night Out: Easy Entertaining for the Holidays Friday, November 6th 6:30pm-9:00pm $150 for 2

It's time to grab a girlfriend and a bottle of wine and join us for some productive fun! Not only are the Holidays upon us, but with the joy, comes the realization that even though we just want to spend time with loved ones - we have to feed them!! Tonight we are featuring 4 killer appetizers and a mini dessert in a jar that is sure to impress: Roasted Garlic, Gouda and Bacon wrapped Potatoes; Caper-Canellini Crostinis; Salmon and Cucumber Bites; and last but never least: Parmesan Star Puffs! Each creation will leave you with plenty of time to enjoy your guest. Speaking of your guests, how about a bonus recipe? Take home a gorgeously delicious bag of Cherry Crunch, as everyone loves a party favor for the ride home, right!!

Guest Chef Event: New Italian Classics Thursday, November 19th 6:30pm-9:00pm $95

We are thrilled to welcome Executive Chef, Chris Mayo, to show us a "modern take on Italian Classics"! Chef Mayo currently oversees 4 restaurants: Central Bistro, Local Bistro, Sumo Maya and Kale and Clover. Although he is a renowned chef worldwide, his passion and roots are in Italian Cuisine. Tonight he shares Burrata with Crispy Eggplant and Calabrian Chili Jam; Shaved Brussel Sprouts with Apples, Pears and Hazelnut Vinaigrette; Baby Beets with Greek Yogurt, Fresh Honeycomb, with White Balsamic and Lemon Oil. The next course (Primi) features Bucatini Pasta with Carmelized Tomato Sauce, Pancetta and Pecorino Cream. Third course (Secondi) is Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Glazed Autumn Vegetables with Lemon Butter. Our special evening concludes (Dolce) with Nutella Mousse, Creme Fraiche "magic shell" - Ciao!

The only thing better than a cozy Christmas with those you love… is being prepared! Back by popular demand, this class is sure to make the 18 challenging hours of 4pm Christmas Eve, to 8am Christmas morning so much more enjoyable for you hostess' with the mostess'!! A make ahead Baked Potato Soup with all the trimmings is ideal as your guests arrive and you get home from church; next is Chocolate Kissed Cherry Bomb Cookies for Santa (a family favorite); Roasted Shrimp Cocktail 'tree' can double as an appetizer while you're up late wrapping gifts, or as a beautiful Christmas Day treat… speaking of which, how about Christmas Morning Coffee Cake to enjoy as you celebrate? Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!!

Kidz in the Kitchen: Hands-On Baking Day with Chef Ashley! Saturday, December 5th Noon-3:00pm $85

Last Summer, pastry Chef Ashley headlined at our "Pro Chef Series" Kidz Cooking Camp, and now she is back by popular demand! If your child is proficient in the kitchen, able to focus for 3 hours, and loves to bake, then THIS is an ideal opportunity for YOU to finish some Christmas shopping, and leave the baking to your child!! In addition to being "hands-on", it's a make and take, which means your family will get to sample each and every recipe. The menu includes: Homemade Caramel Sauce (packaged in little glass jars); Surprise Chocolate Meringues; Glazed Orange Pastries and Christmas Confetti Cookies. Our day concludes with turning off the ovens and making Cinnamon Waffle Cookies - baked in a waffle iron - super fun way to kick off Christmas!

1. CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds at Love'n the Kitchen. If you must miss the fun, you may send someone in your place to the original scheduled date. If you would rather reschedule and can notify us at least 3 days in advance, we will apply 50% of the cost of the class to a class in the following month.
No credit will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT: Use of information provided is collected for Love'n The Kitchen's use only. We do not sell, lease, or rent our customer lists to third parties.

3. OPERATION AND LICENSING NOTICE: Love'n The Kitchen fully complies with Arizona Statute 36-136 H4 providing an "exemption relating to food and drink that is (b) prepared at a cooking school that is conducted in an owner occupied home." Continuing in the statement in subsection H, paragraph 4, subdivision (b) of this section that "the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated an inspected by the department or by a local health authority."
