Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to advanced levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love. Please call to register for your favorite classes early, as space is limited. Love’n The Kitchen is a SubZero-Wolf sponsored, home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! We are proud to host Food Network Guest Chefs, as well as those from throughout the West Coast.

2017 Winter Cooking Classes

Pantry Essentials and Basic Sauces Friday, January 6th 11:00am-1:30pm $75
It's a New Year, and time to finally clean out the expired spices and set up your kitchen for success! Learn about what to have on hand in your pantry, as well as the freezer and fridge that will allow you to cook with ease. Confidence is not only knowing what to have available to you at all times, but also what to do with your ingredients. We are teaching 2 of the 5 traditional Mother Sauces: Béchamel (white), Tomato, plus a Berry sauce for dressings and desserts. With the 3 sauces, we will create multiple dishes, demonstrating the versatility of each. You will be LOVEN the Kitchen in 2017!!

Join us as we welcome Kim and Shannon, "The Fit Mom's"! They have taken years of personal and professional experiences in the health and fitness realm and compiled their knowledge into one easy to follow plan that promotes weight loss, fat loss, and a healthy mindset. Four recipes will be taught, using the whole foods approach to nutrition. Dress comfortably, as this morning will have us moving around and is highly interactive. Choose a partner that is craving healthy change, as this will offer peak accountability, as well as fun! Includes hardcopy workbook!!

Chef Justin Beckett of Beckett's Table! Monday, January 23rd 6:30pm-9:00pm $105
We are excited to have Justin Beckett, chef/owner of Beckett's Table grace our kitchen for the first time! Not only is the menu outstanding, but his expertise with ingredients and preparation are matched only by his fabulous persona!! Shrimp and Butternut Squash Soup is followed by Brussel Sprout and Pomegranate Salad. Chef Beckett will then demonstrate how to debone a chicken, stuff it, and teach how and why roasting it whole is best. Our meal is rounded out by his take on Flourless Chocolate Cake - yum!

Super Bowl Party Favorites Wednesday, February 1st 11:00am-1:30pm $75
The big day is February 5th, so let's get ready for kickoff… or any other party for that matter! Easy entertaining is the key to having the host enjoy the party as much as the guests do. We are making a crockpot main dish that will last for hours. Finger foods are key, especially when you don't want to have forks flying around! Salad in endive, plus 2 other appetizers and a dessert to round out the ideal menu for a crowd. The trophy goes to YOU!!

How to Pair Wines with Culinary Specialist Margaret McGuire Thursday, February 16th 6:30pm-9:00 pm $190 for 2
If you are looking for the ideal Valentine's gift for the foodie in your life - or you have always wanted to know what wine pairs best with which foods, then this is your night! Justin and Landmark will be featured as Margaret showcases 4 wines, with a correct, as well as an incorrect pairing for each. After learning the ins and outs of savoring wine and pairing foods, enjoy a universal main dish and dessert that will pair well with any of your selections.

Chef Brady is back! Thursday, February 23rd 11:00am-1:30pm $90
Chef Brady Cohen, formerly of Salty Sow fame, returns to showcase: The Best of Brady! Chef Cohen was inspired by his roots in Jackson Hole, Wyoming - thus the first recipe is from that region of the country. Later he cooked at a top restaurant in London, which is next on our culinary journey. Boston was his third stop prior to Phoenix, and so we will experience his East Coast favorite dish, and then round out our day with Brady's spin on the Southwest - super fun, and delicious!

Lee Hillson's Mardi Gras! Monday, February 27th 6:30pm-9:00pm $110
Executive Chef Lee Hillson from the Phoenician and Food Network Fame, takes us to Mardi Gras! The cuisine is festive and fun, and with Chef Lee steering the culinary ship, our tastebuds are in for a real treat! If you aren't going to New Orleans, then sign up to be a part of this incredible evening, and we will share fantastic food, laughs and more:)!



1. CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds at Love'n the Kitchen. If you must miss the fun, you may send someone in your place to the original scheduled date. If you would rather reschedule and can notify us at least 3 days in advance, we will apply 50% of the cost of the class to a class in the following month.
No credit will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT: Use of information provided is collected for Love'n The Kitchen's use only. We do not sell, lease, or rent our customer lists to third parties.

3. OPERATION AND LICENSING NOTICE: Love'n The Kitchen fully complies with Arizona Statute 36-136 H4 providing an "exemption relating to food and drink that is (b) prepared at a cooking school that is conducted in an owner occupied home." Continuing in the statement in subsection H, paragraph 4, subdivision (b) of this section that "the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated an inspected by the department or by a local health authority."
