Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to advanced levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love. Please call to register for your favorite classes early, as space is limited. Love’n The Kitchen is a SubZero-Wolf sponsored, home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! We are proud to host Food Network Guest Chefs, as well as those from throughout the West Coast.

All About Knives and Knifing Skills Thursday, April 3rd 6:30pm - 9:00pm Carolina $85 pp
If you've seen the top chef's, and read the reviews, you know that the Phoenix Knife House is one of the top 3 of it's kind in the nation! Tonight we welcome Chef/Owner Eytan to Love'n the Kitchen! Learn about and handle different knives; how to select a knife and for what purpose; knife safety; sharpening and maintenance do's and don'ts; honing and care; proper handling; basic knife cuts and tricks to maximize efficiency. During this partial hands-on class, we will compose dishes using skills learned: Vegetable Frittata, Stacked Ring Salad, and Dessert. Bonus: Each attendee receives a coupon for the Phoenix Knife House to enjoy at the store - chop chop!

Cook Once - Eat Twice Monday, April 7th 11:00am - 1:30pm Carolina $70 pp
With the chaos that comes with Spring schedules, we are all scrambling to make easy meals. If this sounds like you, then rush to the phone for these kitchen life savers! We start with crepes (a lost, and oh-so-simple art) and you will see the beauty of it's versatility for appetizers, entrees and desserts; next is a Coconut Beef Satay with Thai Peanut Sauce, that is so gourmet the first time around, and then the left-overs are recreated into an exceptional Fried Rice that your family will never guess was inspired from the night before. Next we roast Chicken in Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon for one meal and it becomes a warm Chicken-Cherry Waldorf in Romaine the next day. In this class, you will enjoy 6 courses, while seeing the ease of only 3 basic recipes.

Girls Night Out: Sonoma to Scottsdale Friday, April 25th 6:30pm - 9:00pm Carolina $150 for 2
Grab a Girlfriend and your favorite bottle of California Wine, as we take a culinary tour of the Sonoma region of Northern California! In addition to enjoying 4 delicious dishes, you will do 4 Courses of wine pairing (provided) to celebrate this region and bid a special farewell to GNO until we meet again in the Fall. Wrapped Apple "Smiles" start us out with the bubbly; then a phenomenal Chile Cheese Cake, followed by Italian Chopped Salad served in giant Shells, and then the grand dame… Chocolate Espresso Bundt Cake with Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Glaze. Celebrate good times, ladies, can't wait!!

Guest Chef Event: Nourish! Thursday, May 1st 6:30pm - 9:00pm Carolina $85 pp

Enjoy one of the finest restaurants in Scottsdale, Nourish - as it comes to our kitchen with Certified Holistic Nutritionist/Chef/Owner: Kirstin Carey! I had the pleasure of discovering this gem when a friend took me there for my birthday a couple of months ago. If you want to learn the secrets to uncovering the right foods for your body, then this class is a MUST! You will learn the specific type of foods that your body craves to work at it's best, as well as ones that are working against you. While Chef Kirstin shares this valuable information, you can be sipping on her fantastic Antioxidant Sangria! Veggie Pasta with Pesto; Sweet Potato & Avocado Salad; Nut Tacos & Pineapple Salsa; and Chipotle Cacao Mousse round out this amazing menu. Dishes are plant based and free from gluten, dairy, corn, GMO processed sugars and flours, and …nonsense! They're all simple recipes to recreate in your home. Cinco de Mayo: Fiesta! Monday, May 5th 11:00am - 1:30pm Carolina $70 pp
This is a super fun day, and you will be prepared to make it a great night of "yummy for your tummy" too! This class is back by popular demand from a line-up 7 years ago, so if you missed it then, NOW is your chance! Each course is make ahead and versatile, and can be enjoyed throughout the year. Our 5 Layer Black Bean and Artichoke Spinach kicks off the menu, followed by a fabulous Beef Brisket Burrito with Asparagus Salsa and Garlic Creme that is carve able on any day of the year. We top a Tres Leche Cake with both traditional fruit, then Connie's take on it is another contender... you will be the judge as you sample both! Bonus recipe for Tequila Lime Shrimp will leave you saying: "Gracias!"

We are open for catering and private parties/classes throughout May and then beginning again in August.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds at Love'n the Kitchen. If you must miss the fun, you may send someone in your place to the original scheduled date. If you would rather reschedule and can notify us at least 3 days in advance, we will apply 50% of the cost of the class to a class in the following month. No credit will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.
