Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to advanced levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love. Please call to register for your favorite classes early, as space is limited. Love’n The Kitchen is a SubZero-Wolf sponsored, home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! We are proud to host Food Network Guest Chefs, as well as those from throughout the West Coast.

Holly Jolly Christmas! Tuesday, December 1st 11:00am-1:30pm $70

The only thing better than a cozy Christmas with those you love… is being prepared! Back by popular demand, this class is sure to make the 18 challenging hours of 4pm Christmas Eve, to 8am Christmas morning so much more enjoyable for you hostess' with the mostess'!! A make ahead Baked Potato Soup with all the trimmings is ideal as your guests arrive and you get home from church; next is Chocolate Kissed Cherry Bomb Cookies for Santa (a family favorite); Roasted Shrimp Cocktail 'tree' can double as an appetizer while you're up late wrapping gifts, or as a beautiful Christmas Day treat… speaking of which, how about Christmas Morning Coffee Cake to enjoy as you celebrate? Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!!

Kidz in the Kitchen: Hands-On Baking Day with Chef Ashley! Saturday, December 5th Noon-3:00pm $85

Last Summer, pastry Chef Ashley headlined at our "Pro Chef Series" Kidz Cooking Camp, and now she is back by popular demand! If your child is proficient in the kitchen, able to focus for 3 hours, and loves to bake, then THIS is an ideal opportunity for YOU to finish some Christmas shopping, and leave the baking to your child!! In addition to being "hands-on", it's a make and take, which means your family will get to sample each and every recipe. The menu includes: Homemade Caramel Sauce (packaged in little glass jars); Surprise Chocolate Meringues; Glazed Orange Pastries and Christmas Confetti Cookies. Our day concludes with turning off the ovens and making Cinnamon Waffle Cookies - baked in a waffle iron - super fun way to kick off Christmas!

Food Network's Robin Miller: Get Lean in 2016 Wednesday, January 20th 11:00am-1:30pm $90

You know her from TV and Cookbook fame - but for us, she is a returning friend. Not only is Robin an author, chef and media personality - she is a Nutritionist! With the New Year upon us, let's embrace the flavors and ease of these dishes: Steak Pinwheels with Baby Spinach and Pesto; Ancho-Rubbed Chicken with Roasted Red Pepper Relish; Curly Pasta with Herbed Zucchini and Feta; Striped Bass Livornese (tomatoes, capers, olives and herbs).  As a special treat, Robin is also preparing an Apple-Bourbon Punch with Chai Tea! Each of these recipes are original, new, and unpublished - created just for Love'n the Kitchen!

Girl's Night Out: "Super Bowl Party" with Executive Chef Lee Hillson! Friday, January 22nd 6:30-9:00pm $160 for 2

We are thrilled to welcome back Chef Lee to show us the tricks and tips for entertaining with ease. Grab a girlfriend and a bottle of wine, and let's have some productive FUN!! Since he oversees the culinary scene at the Phoenician, he is a wealth of information. In addition to teaching us show stopping appetizers and nibbles, his stories from his time in England with Gordon Ramsey, competing on Food Network, and headlining international cruises - we are in for a spectacular evening!

Make THIS, not THAT! Friday, January 29th 11:00am-1:30pm $70

We can all recognize a "Healthy" recipe, but what many of us WANT are the comfort food favorites of days gone by…  Instead of devouring french fries, how about Spicy Baked Jicama Strings? If you're craving a grilled cheese sandwich, make Apple-Potato Cheese Flats. Pasta Carbonera is delicous, but Guilt-Free, Pasta-Free Bacon Cacio e Pepe is certain to put a smile on even the pickiest faces. We don't have to cheat, nor miss out on a fabulous dessert if you make Sugar Free Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis. We are NOT deprived - we are WISE :)

Sweet Magnolia's Valentine's Cookie Decorating Thursday, February 11th 10:00am-Noon $80

Baker Elaine is back for this Seasonal Favorite, Hand's-On class . Learn how to decorate 6 Valentine's cookies using fondant, sheer appliqués, and other unique decors. In addition to learning sourcing, Elaine's sugar cookie recipe is fool proof - PLUS she shares what every professional baker knows about how to achieve the perfect cut-out cookie. Supplies are provided to individually bag your one-of-a-kind edible masterpieces and wrap the with ribbons. Remember that whenever you take the time to make something for another person, it is a demonstration of LOVE .

Guest Chef: Kevin Binkley! Wednesday, February 17th 6:30-9:00pm $135

It is a distinct honor to have Chef/Owner Kevin Binkley back to our humble kitchen. He is a man that needs no introduction, as he leads the way in fine dining… whether at Napa's French Laundry - or at Binkley's in Cave Creek. In addition to the ultimate Binkley's experience, Kevin also owns and operates Cafe Bink in Carefree and Binks Scottsdale and Midtown. This exclusive class features the freshest and highest quality seasonal ingredients, but more importantly, you will enjoy face to face time with a legend. This class sells out immediately upon posting, so don't delay (makes a phenomenal Valentine's gift too!).

Pucker Up!! Monday, February 22nd 11:00am-1:30pm $70

It's Citrus season, so let's celebrate! The stars of this class are Lemons, Limes, Oranges and Grapefruits. Our Spinach Salad is like none other, and showcases Grapefruits as the Star; Lime Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Zesty Orange-Mango Salsa is impressively simple; Lemon-Chicken Orzo Soup is going to be your new favorite - as is our Key Lime Pie with Pralined Coconut crust - you'll never use graham crackers for this one again.

Girl's Night Out! Friday, February 26th 6:30-9:00pm $150 for 2

It's time to grab a girlfriend and a bottle of wine for a yummy night of fun together! Wonton Lasagna Bites are so versatile as an appetizer or entree - AND send them in your kids' lunch and YOU will be a rockstar! Slow Cooker Provencal Vegetable Stew is hearty, healthy and jam packed with flavor. The Tasty Turkey-Avocado Tortilla Stack is sure to become a popular request… AND Gluten-Free Cinnamon Cake with Vanilla Bean Frosting and Edible Flowers looks like a work of art, tastes rich and spicy - more importantly - "they" will never know that it is gluten-free!!



1. CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds at Love'n the Kitchen. If you must miss the fun, you may send someone in your place to the original scheduled date. If you would rather reschedule and can notify us at least 3 days in advance, we will apply 50% of the cost of the class to a class in the following month.
No credit will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT: Use of information provided is collected for Love'n The Kitchen's use only. We do not sell, lease, or rent our customer lists to third parties.

3. OPERATION AND LICENSING NOTICE: Love'n The Kitchen fully complies with Arizona Statute 36-136 H4 providing an "exemption relating to food and drink that is (b) prepared at a cooking school that is conducted in an owner occupied home." Continuing in the statement in subsection H, paragraph 4, subdivision (b) of this section that "the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated an inspected by the department or by a local health authority."
