Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to advanced levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love. Please call to register for your favorite classes early, as space is limited. Love’n The Kitchen is a SubZero-Wolf sponsored, home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! We are proud to host Food Network Guest Chefs, as well as those from throughout the West Coast.

Guest Chef Event: Feast of the Irish! Wednesday, March 16th 6:30pm-9:00pm $125
We are thrilled to welcome James Beard Award Winning Chef: Michael Cairnes!! Executive Chef Cairnes is at the Montelucia and works his culinary magic at Prado. Although he is prestigious and world renowned, he is a farmer at heart. As He will not only be sharing his family recipes from Ireland, but heart warming stories and practical sourcing for getting the best ingredients that AZ can offer!! In addition to an outstanding Irish feast, Michael is bringing his private collection of authentic Irish Whiskeys to enlighten us about. The Luck-O-the Irish is upon us and it's not even St. Patrick's Day yet.

The first day of Spring was on the 20th, and Easter has passed, but Springtime is ours to enjoy for another month or two! These recipes are ideal for treating your snowbird visitors, or your family and friends: Arugula Blueberry Salad with Citrus Dressing starts off our morning; then Individual Springtime Egg Souffles are so much easier than it sounds; 5 ingredient Tortellini with Peas and Proscuitto is sure to be a family favorite. Lemon Creme Brule Tart is impressive - yet oh so easy!!

Join us for Surf and Turf Night - Salty Sow style! We kick off our evening with their signature Margarita and appetizer. Roasted Beet Salad is next and then Bone-In Filet and the freshest catch of the day - all while sipping on a variety of their crafted brews. Besides being Valley favorites on both TV and their fabulous cookbooks - this is special time together that will carry us into the decades to come!

The One and Only: Kevin Binkley Thursday, June 2nd 6:30 pm-9:00 pm $135
The perfect way to have a sendoff into Summer is to spend the evening with Executive Chef Kevin Binkley! This James Beard nominated chef, who has cooked famously all over the world, now graces our humble kitchen for a night you will not forget. As he transitions his restaurants and begins the next chapter, come and hear all about it! From food sourcing, to cooking methods and techniques, to savoring one of a kind creations - this class has it all!!

 

POLICIES:

1. CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds at Love'n the Kitchen. If you must miss the fun, you may send someone in your place to the original scheduled date. If you would rather reschedule and can notify us at least 3 days in advance, we will apply 50% of the cost of the class to a class in the following month.
No credit will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT: Use of information provided is collected for Love'n The Kitchen's use only. We do not sell, lease, or rent our customer lists to third parties.

3. OPERATION AND LICENSING NOTICE: Love'n The Kitchen fully complies with Arizona Statute 36-136 H4 providing an "exemption relating to food and drink that is (b) prepared at a cooking school that is conducted in an owner occupied home." Continuing in the statement in subsection H, paragraph 4, subdivision (b) of this section that "the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated an inspected by the department or by a local health authority."
